Debbie Emerson began her far-reaching financial career with the banking industry in
Little Rock, AR. From there, while raising her 2 children, she worked as Assistant
Controller/Purchasing Agent/Office Manager and Bookkeeper for a geriatrics care center.
She then broadened her skills by entering into sales and became a Real-estate agent.
As her career escalated, she tapped into her entrepreneurship skills and became owner, operator
and COO of collection agencies in South Carolina and President of a credit bureau in Topeka, KS.
She started the independent office after successfully reorganizing a third party collection
operation for a broad range of commercial and medical/hospital clients. She managed a staff of 20
and was responsible for all financials, computers, marketing computer software, human resources
and training.
Debbie started with The Family Practice in April of 2006. She is responsible for Human Resources,
all financials, implementing new products, works closely with The Family Practice Seminar Director,
researching potential new products. Needless to say her work ethics far surpass the ordinary person.
Her passion outside of the office is ballroom dancing and football! It is nothing to see her parked
in front of the TV watching 2-3 games at a time.
We are very fortunate to have her on board. Her dedication, experience, team work and exceptional contribution
to the company have been an enormous extension to us.
